I trained with Sally for a couple of months before going in for a hip operation as I needed to get into the best shape possible, without causing any further damage to the joint. She worked out a programme that we followed twice weekly, focusing on low impact exercises for muscle strength and stamina. It worked fantastically. Being fit before the op has undoubtedly helped towards my recovery and, as soon as I'm able, I'll be back training with her as part of my rehabilitation programme. Paul, Windsor
Being three months pregnant and feeling sick the last thing I wanted to do was train so I recruited a personal trainer to give me the motivation to keep going through the difficult times. Sally was wonderful. She helped me maintain a training schedule and kept me fit and active at a time when I would easily have given up.
